These Terms of Service govern your use of GetBanked's website and services. By submitting a pre-approval form or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
GetBanked Ltd (“GetBanked”, “we”, “us”) is an independent banking infrastructure advisor. We are not a bank, electronic money institution (EMI), payment institution, or regulated financial services provider — and we are not required to be.
We do not hold, handle, or transmit client funds at any point. We do not provide financial advice, credit, or payment services. Our service is strictly limited to introducing clients to regulated banking and EMI institutions and assisting with the review and preparation of documentation that clients submit directly to those institutions.
All banking, payment, and financial services are provided solely by the regulated third-party institutions to which clients are introduced.
GetBanked provides the following services:
Services are subject to eligibility. We reserve the right to decline to provide introductions to any business at our discretion.
Pre-approval assessment is free and carries no obligation. Submission of a pre-approval form does not constitute an agreement to use our services or guarantee of an outcome.
We will respond to pre-approval submissions within 24 hours with an honest assessment. This assessment is our opinion based on available information and does not guarantee a banking outcome.
We charge a fee only once we have confirmed that a specific bank or EMI can onboard your business and you have chosen to proceed. No retainers, no upfront fees of any kind.
The specific fee amount will be agreed in writing before you engage our paid services. Fees are non-refundable once an account is operational.
Additional fees may apply for Concierge-tier services including full document preparation and dedicated account management. These will be agreed separately.
You agree to:
Providing false or misleading information will result in immediate termination of services with no refund.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared in the course of our engagement. We will not share your business information with banking partners without your explicit consent.
GetBanked does not guarantee that a banking application will be approved. Banking decisions rest with the relevant regulated institution. We represent our experience and network honestly but cannot control third-party decisions.
If we are unable to identify a bank or EMI that can onboard your business, we will tell you honestly — and no fee will be charged.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetBanked's liability in connection with any service shall be limited to the fees paid by the client for that specific service.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from use of our services or any banking decisions made by third-party institutions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
